Participation at Indonesia-Netherlands Legal Update 2022

We have compiled a panel to discuss an often overlooked area of legal cooperation: Private Equity and Debt Enforcement.

Together with Nanda Amalia from Van Vollenhoven Institute, Raditya Kosasih from APPDI (Asosiasi Praktisi Perlindungan Data Indonesia) , Lewi Aga Basoeki from Allen & Overy Indonesia , Oscar Sagita from IKAPI (Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia) and Marjolein van den Bosch-Broeren from Omni Bridgeway, we have discussed people’s way of navigating the justice system to gain insights into law in action and legal reality of different classes of society.

This involves questions such as:

• What happens with people’s property after divorce?

• What can people do in case their debtors avoid paying their debt?

• What is the value and use of our personal data?
